Family Dashboard · Last updated October 25, 2026

Family Dashboard is a private, self-hosted application used solely by the account owner and their immediate family. It is not available to the public and has no user registration.

What data is accessed

How it is used

Data is read only to render a dashboard on a screen inside the owner's home. No data is used for advertising, profiling, or training, and nothing is sold.

Where it is stored

All data stays on the owner's own equipment on their home network. OAuth credentials are stored locally in a token file on that machine. No third-party servers receive the data, and no analytics or tracking services are used.

Sharing

No data is shared with third parties, except as required by law. The application makes no outbound transfers other than the Google APIs it is authorized to call.

Retention and deletion

Cached data is retained locally for a short period and can be deleted at any time by removing the application's local data directory. Access can be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops all further access; deleting the local token file removes the stored credentials.
